Problem Statement

Many individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders struggle to find a treatment provider that addresses the whole person—including mental, physical, and social dimensions of recovery. The existing web presence of RevCore lacked the clarity and structure needed to reflect its holistic philosophy and multisite operations in New York City. The brand needed a digital platform that conveys credibility, accessibility, and human-centered care.

Build Credibility & Trust
Position RevCore as a leading outpatient behavioral health and addiction treatment center in New York City.
Clarify Services & Programs
Present core offerings such as individual therapy, group counseling, dual-diagnosis treatment, and medication-assisted recovery in an easy-to-understand layout.
Drive Conversions
Optimize the site for form submissions, phone calls, and appointment scheduling.

Task

Our task at the agency was to re-imagine RevCore’s digital footprint by designing and building a responsive, high-trust website that supports their mission of whole-person recovery and scales across multiple sites. We began by mapping user journeys for prospective clients, family members and referral partners. We then created a warm, professional user interface that balances clinical credibility with human-centred language. Using WordPress (or your chosen CMS) we developed a flexible site architecture featuring service pages, location finders, testimonial modules, and contact/referral forms. Content was refined to reflect RevCore’s philosophy: “We don’t judge anyone by their past… Wherever you are, whenever you’re ready.” The deliverable is a scalable, accessible web platform that strengthens RevCore’s brand, supports growth and improves service accessibility.
