Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to oversee project lifecycles from initiation to delivery. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project planning, execution, and delivery across cross-functional teams.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Track project performance and report on key milestones to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Project Manager in a tech or related industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certification is preferred.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
