Problem Statement

With years of experience delivering high-end residential and commercial painting, Ohio Painting faced the challenge of positioning itself online as a standout brand rather than one among many. Their previous website lacked clarity in service differentiation (interior, exterior, faux finishes, commercial), wasn’t optimized for mobile, and didn’t clearly guide users toward booking requests or project estimates. They needed a digital presence that communicated their craftsmanship, process transparency, and premium service promise.

Task

Our task was to overhaul The Ohio Painting Company’s web platform into a polished, user-centric site that reflects their premium positioning and drives conversions. We began by mapping the customer journey—from awareness (searching for painting services) through decision (comparing providers) to action (requesting a quote). We designed a modern, intuitive UI that focuses on strong visuals of finished paint jobs, clearly defined service categories and trust signals (reviews, certifications, process steps). On the development side, we built the site using WordPress (or your specific stack) with responsive design, optimized page load, and streamlined quote-request forms. Content was refined to emphasise quality, transparency, and ease of working with the team. The result is a sophisticated web presence that elevates Ohio Painting’s brand and supports growth in their service region.
